Between lakes and mountains, in the heart of the Vallée d'Abondance, renowned for its authenticity, its hikes, its Portes du Soleil ski area and its cheese! A single-storey apartment (45m2) in a wooden chalet, built in 1982, in Richebourg hamlet of Abondance, facing south, view of Mont de Grange, with private parking, south-facing terrace and pergola, welcomes you for your winter and summer holidays. The apartment was classified 3 stars by I&D Tourismes in March 2023.

This warm accommodation which combines the traditional architecture of the Savoyard chalet and a modern decoration is ideally located for a quiet stay in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. You will ensure peaceful nights, and a gentle awakening with an incredible view of Mont de Grange! You can enjoy breakfasts/lunch on the terrace (or/and pergola) while contemplating the view of the mountains of the Abondance valley, a real moment of serenity.

In summer, you can also enjoy the garden furniture with barbecue, and deck chairs for a moment of peace.

In the apartment, you will have access to a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker with filter, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, various services (fondue, raclette, etc.), a living room with its sofa new and cozy bed (140*190), a bed (90/190) and TV with free access to Netflix, the spacious shower room, as well as all its equipment, and the bedroom with a double bed 160x200 , chest of drawers and wardrobe.

A room next to the apartment at your disposal to store skis, snowboards, and to access the washing machine and dryer.

Sheets and household linen (bath sheets, hand towels, kitchen towels, etc.) are always provided.

Arrival in autonomy possible. We will be there as much as possible to welcome you and give you a warm welcome.

Additional service: possibility of recharging your electric vehicle on the mains (electric extension cord provided), €10 per charge.
